The room at U Duay Gan Garden Home was absolutely perfect for me. The bed was so comfy, and the workspace was great for catching up on emails. Plus, the free WiFi and air conditioning were a big bonus. It felt like a home away from home!

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the tile/marble floor in the double room. But hey, that's just my preference.

Not one thing.

Spending my Christmas holiday at this cozy hotel was a great decision. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to all the main attractions in town. My room was spacious, and had plenty of electrical outlets, making it perfect for charging my devices. The complementary breakfast was definitely a highlight, with a great selection of freshly cooked Thai and western food.

The only downside of this hotel was the road leading to it. It was quite narrow and congested, making it a bit difficult to navigate, but this didn't detract from my overall stay.

The location was real close to downtown and we were able to walk to many places. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the ample parking space and the fact that the staff was able to assist us with transportation arrangements. The complementary breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Liked everything.

As guests with families, we loved the spacious rooms and ample storage space. the staff provided outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to meet our needs. They even helped us with maps, app installations, and ordering meals. the hotel was well-maintained and had friendly English-speaking staff. Convenient on-site parking and a nearby convenience shop were also a plus.

Felt like a true getaway, nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is conveniently located pretty close to downtown, allowing easy access to restaurants and cafes. the rooms are very neat, clean and well-lit, with comfortable bedding and refreshing linen. the customer service provided by the staff is excellent, going above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable, such as arranging taxis, slicing delicious fruits for breakfast, and offering tour suggestions.

Some parts of the hotel seem overly guarded and lack nearby dining options.
